Looking for some help/input. Does a 19 Cali Special come factory with “MagnaRide” suspension? With that being said.. who in here has done lowering springs? Is it worth it handling wise? Do you fear of scrapping ever? And what’s a good spring and height? Also will an alignment need done after installing lowering springs?
Thanks for all replies and info! I’d appreciate it a lot.

I'm pretty sure magneride is available only with the performance pack option. Tons of owners have lowering springs. One inch is a good amount. Anything more will likely need camber plates. Handling isn't going to change much with lowering springs alone unless you go with stiffer than stock spring rates, but then you should upgrade dampers, too. Yes, alignment will be needed.

There's plenty of info in the suspension section. Start here.

No Magneride on your car.

You should do better shocks and struts too, the OEMs aren't designed for a lowered ride-height.

Look at Streeda's ProAction adjustables. Friggin' top-notch.
