Remove the vapor line from the Purge valve and see if there is fuel or oil in it. Also inspect the electrical connector for corrosion, bent or pushed out pins.
Alright I'll check that tomorrow when I get off work and I'll post an update then

Hey I checked the old purge valve for gunk in it, all I found was a little bit of maybe oil in the side where the I ring sits, the other parts were clean and no bent pins

How about the electrical connector? Look at the tiny tabs inside the connector and make sure they arent pushed out, corroded, damaged

. Here's a video of the ticking
I would use a mechanics stethoscope and narrow the noise down. Kinda sounds like injectors.

See Post #8. He pulled the plug on the valve and it stopped ticking

My car sounded like that a while back. I thought the engine was fucked so i babies it for a few days and everything felt fine so I finally said screw it let's open her up and see if it blows. After a few hard pulls the noise disappeared. Not saying this will work for you but the coyote seems to make a lot of jacked up noises. Since then when ever I hear a new one I just beat on it harder and wait for it to disappear.
