What would be the best kit for my GT w/ the MT82? Not looking for stupid crazy horsepower boost, just a good basic kit. Thanks.

I have a edelbrock stage 1 2300 on mine and pretty happy with it. I went with that kit because of the cooling capability and the fact it was on sale for $5k. I believe The 2300 are all sold out but the 2650 should be even better. The Install went pretty good and I can confidently recommended this kit. Eventually I plan on upgrading the injectors, tb, cai and a different tune. It's a blast to drive on the street! I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. It all depends on how fast and how much money you want to spend?

I would definitely recommend a roots style blower.

There isn’t much more fun to be had with your pants on than a roots blower on the street.

seen posts of it breaking at stock levels.. and survive no problem at stupid horsepower levels. Seems to be all over the place. I know MT82 in s197's can't handle the same power as modded s550 MT82's.

they may have been running ceramic clutches without springs and power shifting. I don't understand M/T torque ratings but I did notice the shorter gearing the lower the torque rating. MT82 is geared short relative to the Tremec in the Hellcat or ZL1, or even the 392.

My Mt-82 shifts great also, I actually really love it! I guess were just lucky and got the only 2 ones they ever made!

You won’t hurt it on a street tyre. You’ll break traction before the box takes a dump.
Even if you do manage to find some grip, the clutch will quit well before the box becomes an issue.
As to the question of “which blower?” -
What do you want from it?
Do you need 50 state legal? Are you going to run an aftermarket tune?
If you want it to punch HARD at the bottom, go TVS.
If you want it a little softer at the bottom, but maybe a little more up top, go twin screw.
If you want softer still, with even more up top, maybe look at the centris.
Being a predominantly street driven manual, I’m thinking that you’re likely to pick one of the first two.
Personally, if TVS, it’s Edelbrock vs VMP and that’s all. Roush isn’t worth talking about unless warranty is a concern.
Twin screw, Whipple have a GREAT kit. Very well put together, pretty smooth install.
Centri, no idea.

I ran over 600 to the tire on my 2013 MT-82 and never had an issue with it really.

I did change the shifter out for an MGW and swapped the fluid for Redline MT fluid.

Procharger is a 1-2 day install with no previous experience. Really easy to do, kit is well put together. torque-wise, on the latest dyno sheet i made 360 at 3400 rpm, 450 by 4600. So maybe not as quick as a PD but it is definitely still there early.

Edit: I'm over 600 whp on my 2015 with MT82 and no issues so far. Still on stock clutch too lol.

Actually the centrifugal seems more my style.. AKA Dr Jekyll, Mr Hyde.
