Hello All!

I own a 2016 Competition Orange GT, non PP. I have put a ton of cash into making it how I want it and now I am stuck with what to do next. I haven't touched the suspension or brakes yet, and I have about $2500 to work with currently. I am looking for any recommendations. I have also been considering upgrading the audio because I am not a huge fan of the Shaker system.

Additionally, I don't plan to track this car but maybe once or twice to see how it does. This is mainly my daily driver in the summer and to local car events. If that helps with the recommendations.

It would be highly recommended to do some brakes and suspension upgrades.

I’d get some suspension stuff under there, help that Procharger put some power to the ground.

I figured, I just dont know what is good and bad out there. So many kits and such. Plus on a limited budget of $2500 because I just put the procharger and supporting mods on.

Do you have any recommendations within my current budget?
Take-off PP1 brakes, and a whole new suspension; shocks, struts, sways, etc. Lots of Steeda stuff. Get the back end of that car in check.

If it's just one thing to start, do the shocks and struts. Steeda Pro Action Adjustables. Maybe some FP springs also. Don't lower the car much, if at all.

FP Track Handling Suspension kit and Steeda Stop the Hop kit would be good places to start IMO

Thats kind of what I was looking at, are they both independent of each other or will there be overlap within the two kits?

They are independent of each other. The stop the hop kit focuses on the IRS, the FP Track kit is shocks, struts, springs, sway bars, etc.

That makes sense so I would need both kits in the long run.

Correct. The Steeda stuff will help eliminate wheel hop so you’ll be able to get the power down, so I’d start there personally. FYI the FP Track kit will lower the car about an inch. You should still be ok sitting on 20’s but something to keep in mind.
