Thanks for the suggestion. I gave that a try and unfortunately still have the same problem.
I hope you can get this resolved; I have one coming on Monday, and part of the appeal was that it seemed trouble free and didn't void the warranty. Is your car tuned?

No, car is completely stock. This is starting to frustrate me.

That sucks; I would get them to send another one and send that one back; maybe bad plug or something

For anyone with the dial. I ran mine into the glove box. But yeah I must say this has the 'proper' feel to it. Should have been this responsive from Ford...

How does this compare to track mode? I believe this mode has the most aggressive throttle setting!
I might get this as well, reminds me of the 'M' button I used to have on my Bimmer - basically it gave it an incredible throttle response, the difference was much better than the modes Ford gives (and my BMW had in Sport mode etc that I chose through I drive - until you hit 'M'). Combined with the steering changes (with Ford has) the M button made the car just seem so much faster.

what settings of the Pedalmax would equate to Sport+ and Track modes on a Premium model? Or is it even more aggressive than that? Seems like this would be a great mod for non Premium cars that dont have driving modes

No idea about modes as I have a base PP. The pedalmax set to 100 increased the throttle sensitivity to optimal in my opinion. And I haven't yet wanted to turn it down. It's very noticeable going from sensitive to stock or off on dial.

Yeah, it has to be something like that and I'm tired of messing with it so I removed it. I'll just try to get a new one and hope to have better luck.

To everyone asking about the premium modes: the throttle sensitivity isn't increased that much. So the pedalmax alone wont make up for the driving modes. It's purely to make the throttle response curve much more linear instead of the stock curve.

So if you have a premium and drive it in sport all the time, you'll still benefit. If you have a tune, you'll still benefit. Honestly, the best way to explain it is, is that makes your car's throttle feel like an older car that doesn't have drive by wire.

What about snow/wet mode? Thats to me as a DD is the most important mode here in midwest weather. I don't want the car to take off like a rocket ship with the snow/wet mode engaged!

Well then I'd suggest ordering with a knob and dialing it back or shutting it off on the fly when driving with snow/wet engaged. Common sense........:headbonk:
