This may not be a typical part or modification, but I had a custom hand carved and painted leather helmet shield made to display with the car at shows and such. A local firefighter did the work and I must say it came out mint! Another forum member helped with the 2020 version coiled cobra image, so thanks @kilobravo

I have a @Beith Performance Parts steering wheel in the works.
I am also having a set of wheels made with @VibeMotorsports

I am more than excited to jump back into a build with this car. I returned my 2017 GT back to stock back in November of 2018, and sold it to my GT500 dealer in August 2019, so I am itching to crank some wrenches!

You are accurate, I seriously doubt I’ll see one in person before I get it. Oh I’m in love, that’s for sure! I can’t even sleep I’m so excited to get her.

Well, I finally got my first actual part for the GT500. Hot off the FedEx Truck, my new Ford Performance GT500 Carbon Fiber Track Pack Oil Catch setup. This comes standard on the CFTP, so I wanted to grab one as soon as they became available. This is a pretty nice setup, it’s a self draining catch that drain back into the cam cover. Very nice packaging with everything needed for plug and play installation.

Latest update on my car is it has been bumped to the build week week of 11/11. I can not wait to get my hands on this thing.

Do those have alignment pins on the back of them, or just 3M tape? What was the retail cost?
