Yeah that option is really for the convertibles imo.I didn't feel that it was worth the extra charge on a non vert and really don't want the annoying false alarms on a windy night.
So it's standard on the convertibles huh? Wasn't aware of that. ThxThe convertibles come with this option from factory.
The alarm doesn't include a shock sensor (at least not the one I have). It does, however, have a tilt sensor and the interior movement sensors. That's about it.
I actually wish if came with a shock sensor. That being said, you can actually rig one to your hood latch system. It's essentially a G-Sensor that will disconnect the ground signal (using a relay) for the hood pin alarm system so it will fool the car into thinking the hood was opened when the G-Sensor reaches a threshold.
I installed this myself for a work truck for a previous job. For an F-250 actually.

Maybe not on the UK export versions.not its not
the enchanched security package is not standard on the vert
Maybe not on the UK export versions.
At least the Canadian ones have it standard. I went ot the Ford configurator, and selected Convertible for each v6, EB, EB Premium, GT, GT premium and it was automatically ticked off and cannot be un-ticked. I suspect the same is for the US versions.
