Missed that but it seems to me using a catch can and the CRC valve cleaner spray at each oil change would be a lot easier.

I suppose the more pressing question is this: If running a DVCC can potentially help preserve your engine (while its not entirely required) why the hell wouldn't you get one? I mean its not expensive and the benefits can be considered monumental. I mean if you want someone to tell you its a total waste of money and stupid im sure somebody on here will eventually, but for a few hundred bucks thats cheap peace of mind. but do whatever the f$%k you want yknow.

catch cans are like birth control. Sure you can run no catch can, its how oem cars are made and is natural but do you trust your pullout game that much? catch cans are the pill. not perfect but damn near when you know what you're doing. Then venting to atmosphere is like getting snipped, might hurt pulling oem hoses and clearing the code for it, but you can sleep at night knowing that no matter how you drive, there's a 0% chance of oil getting in.

Wow... Okay I guess that answers that. Did all of that come from the first CC, or did the dual second one still catch a good bit too? In other words would the single CC work or do you think I need to spring for the DVCC?
I did the dual on my 16 tvs gt

Pretty much spot on except a few folks and statics would disagree on both sides of the snipped analogy.

UPR sell the "ECOBOOST BILLET DUAL BREATHER TANK" for $299. Looks like a catch can but with a breather on it.
Am i right to assume this is like having a catch can and a crank case breather in one?
Have not seen anyone do a write up on this. and if it is 2 birds with 1 stone i might go in that direction.

FWIW I installed a catch can. 2,000 mile road trip plus two days on the track, and this is what it caught.

I think getting one was a good decision.

Wait until you see the mess in there in the winter time, you'll really be glad! It's hard to describe but it's nasty.
