My Buddy Dan has worked there for a long time. He is in commercial fleet sales but was able to get me taken care of. RSM has always been great and I had zero issues with them when I bought a Ford flex 9 years back.

I was going to special order something similar to yours with the auto but I had been eyeing this car for a while and they dropped the price to something I just couldn't pass on. I think the only thing I will end up missing is the mag ride but i/m pretty stoked with it as equipped.

I'm a manual guy but I have to say you should test drive the 10 speed....I have researched and watched all the videos and I have to say i am not dissapointed in what it offers.

Congrats on the order!!!
"Tires is what wins a race Cole!" Great movie. From the same era as where I got my handle from. Nice car!

Yep, RSM has some good people. I drove the 10A and I admit I liked it -- sure, it hunted some, but it wasn't awful by any stretch. Of course, it's quicker, too. But I miss rowing my own gears and before I even began this car search, I knew I had to have a manual. After all, how can I teach my son how to drive a stick if I don't have one? ;)

I'm with you. I'm 35 all my cars have been standard. Rented a 2017 eco boost last year auto but nothing like having total control. A auto isn't as much fun even if it's a 10A

100% get it:)

I have a manual toy for that need. My commute would be brutal (Corona-Irvine) with a manual and my old knees just couldn't handle that daily....haha

Hi,

I am Bill and I come from France (near from Bordeaux, like the wine). I do not have a Mustang yet BUT am waiting one ordered last april that will arrive soon (march). It is an Orange Fury European Convertible GT (like the premium model in the USA I guess).

Really happy to join the forum and the admins allow me to join your community.

See you later on the numerous topics!

Welcome!!!

That's quite the car for that part of France. I rented a Peugeot there and felt like the fastest guy on the streets...haha

I was fortunate enough to visit Bordeaux back in 2006 on our way to Nice it truly is a beautiful place and I found the people to be almost as amazing as the wine.

Thanks for the welcome!

Yes, I think it's a great car when you want to cruise along the shores of the Cap Ferret. But, anyway, it's a great car and really exotic for us in France where we have many German cars (they are really good it is not the question) or French ones (not as good but again that's not the question). Moreover, it is a V8 without any turbo and it's just wonderful!

I came to New York and Boston for over a month on the same period as you were in Bordeaux, and it was a great trip for me too! Did not have the opportunity to come to California but I surely will one day.

Sorry for my english that is surely hardly clear for you. I will try to improve it!

I’ve lurked a little from time to time and just decided to join up to this forum. I’ve owned a 1970 Mach 1 and presently own a 2010 Mustang. But I am know considering a future purchase of a 2016 or 2017 California Special. The trouble is there are probably only a handful built to my specifications. :(

I noticed the name Cole Trickle. Any relation to race car driver Dick Trickle?

Hi,

Im a new Mustang owner from Sweden.
I look forward to reading a lot of fun on your forum.

I just swapped my Focus RS-10 to a Mustang GT -15, Performance Package, Manual and Recaro seats. Painted in the strange color competition orange. But I think I like it

Unfortunately we still have winter in Sweden so the car will rest in the garage a few months more.. :headbang::crying:
