Firstly the head of state should set an example with his government of good practice and secondly Trump coughs on Pence, who coughs on a security guard, who coughs on his child, who goes to school and coughs on your friends child, who brings it home to you and you cough on your mother who dies.

That is how virus transmission works and why we should all be wearing masks.

So you should all care - the responsibility for the spread of COVID is yours and all the people in the US.

The point being, all of the drama, shutting down the economy and closing the schools was based off of these lies and this disinformation. It has proven to be untrue and yet we are still pretending that it is. I work in a county with well over 500,000 people, 230 are sick and 18 are in the hospital. They are trying to close everything, still talking about no school, no college, no movie theaters, no concerts, no fishing, no hunting season, no camping in state parks..............................................for 18 people occupying 2,500 hospital beds and cared for by 6,000 nurses and doctors.

Masks, social distancing, staying home and all of the other crap recommended by leftists was thrown out the window when we decided to allow, looting, race riots, street thug violence and other criminal activity to run wild in celebration of George Floyd. People could crawl up each others asses, no masks required, run wild, set fires and all is well. Proving the left knows this is a hoax.

Which are the things the countries that have been successful in controlling COVID have done (quickly and effectively) Dr Fauci in an interview last week said the US shutdown was late and had poor compliance compared to many other countries where COVID has be controlled and has therefor not broken the transmission. As a result states such as Texas are now heading for catastrophe because wooden headed morons know better. If your local county has few cases then lucky you and a shutdown will help keep the spread under control. In the rest of the developed world where we have now controlled the disease at great cost, we are using targeted shutdowns to control small outbreaks and try to prevent further waves of spread. What a shame the US couldn't learn from the rest of the world even those like the UK where we got it wrong at times so you could learn from our mistakes.

Several country leaders have apologised and admitted they could have done a better job in their own country (those that have now controlled spread) but the US has uncontrolled spread and a president who is telling everybody he is doing a great job. What sort of McNugget would believe him ?

I doubt the rate increase is from people who went shopping, to dinner or back to work.

If we get millions of cases over a very long period of time, we again prove there is no need to shut down the country. The number of cases increases, the number of deaths per 1000 decreases down to the same level as a bad flu year. People are not dying at the alarming rates predicted to get this hoax started. Hospitals are not overwhelmed.

The original lie was, "Flatten the curve" and it has been flattened. There is no reason to shut down the country if the number of people requiring hospitalizations is low enough that hospitals can manage. In typical leftist fashion, once the goal is reached, the left simply moves the goal posts and keeps working the imaginary crisis until election time.

It was a fairly simple question that required a yes no answer with maybe some qualifiers. The usual rant wasn’t required. Are you off your meds at the moment?
So you’re saying it would work at a protest but it doesn’t work in normal every day life.
I assume the difference is that you can usually maintain 6 foot separation in normal life but not so much at a rally. I would agree with you if you’d simply made a simple statement like that.
Why do you think ALL lefty’s support people going to a rally in the middle of a pandemic?
I don’t know what the head count was in total but it looks to me like the vast majority of “the lefty’s” actually chose to stay at home.
