Hey y’all, I found someone who threw a rod from beating hard on their HPP Ecoboost. They’re only selling the turbo, and I was going to buy it from them to install on my Mustang as I already have every other possible bolt-on mod and don’t want a Big turbo.
I'm assuming the turbo could potentially have gotten contaminated, so I’d want to clean and rebuild it. Does anyone have any experience with that?
I love taking on new challenges, and I think getting the better HPP turbo and if possible a rebuild kit that improves over stock components quality and performance.
ALSO, what would be a fair price for me to pay for a used HPP turbo that needs to be rebuilt?
