Is there a way to make a jumper wire to the fuel pump relay with the ignition key on and motor not running to drain fuel from gas tank?
I know JCP makes a fuel drain kit for $150,but you can buy a Fuel Rail Adapter on eBay for around $40 bucks and add a fuel hose and make your own, but the motor has to running with this setup.

Most just run down as close to E as possible before filling
I know that would work, but I want to find a way to drain the fuel in my garage by the way of turning the fuel pump on with out the motor on.

Just drive it until its 0 miles to empty then drive another ~5 miles.. Then fill up fully with the new fuel, then drive to a parking spot and idle 30 seconds to clear the lines out, then turn the car off and change the tune. Why not just drive it? what are you going to do with the fuel if you drain it out??

Use a flex fuel tune, swap and drive it for a bit, then fill up again and switch to E85R fully

Pull the plug at the FPDM.
Press start button to remove pressure from the lines.
Remove fuel line at either the pump or fuel rail, whatever’s easier for you.
Place a bridge into the two outermost connections as shown in pic.
Press start button again and fuel will flow.

I have a Lund drain tune for the pcm that just runs the pump. And remove the fuel under the hood and run it to a can. All of that is a pain and time consuming.Just drive it til it’s empty.

Drive to 0 miles to empty and fill it back up with E85. And flash the tune while you are filling it up. No flex tune needed.

Of course this is also an easy option. I mention the flex simply because the ability to run any ratio of 93 or e85 is extremely convenient, especially now in FL where everyone is freaking out buying gas due to dorian. IMO, the tunes are all the same price, why not opt for the superior flexibility of being given a flex tune and an e85r tune rather than be locked to just a 93 tune and e85 only tune. Just my 2 cents.
