More and more mere speculation. I keep getting updates expecting something tangible. Why does Stang.TV have propriety over the results? It's on your car. PBH did the installation and Lund tuned. If it was so under lock and key as you act. All testing would have been done in house by Holley. I highly doubt Holley or Stang.TV have any legal ownership over these results. So why all the extra hype if Holley keeps putting back deadlines and as you say we won't hear any results till the article is released? Why even tell everyone about said manifold if it is indeed so far out? Seems to be a sincere waste of everyone's time.
It is not uncommon for companies to have outside personal doing testing and development. Many times parts are on street or race cars well before the product is released. I have been involved with testing of products for Weld, Mickey Thompson, Vortech and other companies. Be sure that giving products to capable people who flog it before hand benefits the production part and end users.

Magazines and websites having rights to products prior to release is common as well. So they can draw people to their magazines and websites. This allows them to get more advertisers and advertising money. I am sure they give the manufactures reasons to let them get the product first too. It all makes the wheels on the bus go round.

As far as people bumping the thread and continuing to ask questions after they have been told he can't answer questions and where they will eventually be released...I guess mark that up to impatient people. lol

Yeah I agree just makes me laugh when they cause this much hype and it's a Flop. Based on structure and premise it looks promising. However all their products are almost identical Chinese manufactured and advertised as 6800peak. So I wager another flop.

If this is comparable to a CJ mani and clears the strut tower brace without lowering the engine, my dreams will have come true.

You sure on this? LOL
Really, now you are just teasing the already impatient Internet...Poking the bear haha, but seriously. Would really like to know what the holdup is with releasing the article. You'd think Holley was in the business of selling product, and not being a cock tease.

youre going to be eating those words id wager. Go take a look at its structure and compare it to mmrs. They are more similar than not. ;)

And I couldn't agree with you. if I knew it was going to be this long on holley, I would have waited to do this teaser. I am up the the hands that be with this. Heck, I would love to post pictures of the engine bay because we even have parts we want to promote and simply just show it. I can promise they get calls or emails from me almost daily being that annoying bee asking.

Eat what words? If it were so great it would be for sale already not held up. It looks no different than what they offer for ls based engines. As far as your MMR reference, well that's just confusing. MMR has never posted any dyno graph to back up any claims. So I'm confused on what you really are referencing. You helping to sell hype or just high on the snake oil someone else is selling?

Here's my thing, if Holley has this ready to sell to the masses then what is the big secret? It's a intake manifold not the latest and greatest thing to cure cancer. If it's that good then stop dragging the feet post the dyno before and after results on a even playing field testing the stock coyote, gt350 and cobra jet intake against the Holley. Let's the better intake speak for itself. And do it on the same naturally aspirated engine not a FI engine. Do it on the same day too. To make everything as equal as possible. Prove to me this intake is worth waiting for. Otherwise I'll go elsewhere.

Now you're just making assumptions that its held up because its a flop. Steve has already said basically its definitely not a flop. Ever think it maybe just needs a tweak for maybe a throttle body or something. Steve said it was designed for the engine not specifically the s550. Some are not good at reading between the lines. If you knew anyone using the mmr manifold you wouldnt be saying that. it works and works well but its for boosted guys. Im not helping to sell hype or snake or oil. Stop being so negative. Youre stirring stuff up and could stand to chill out. Steve wouldnt be promoting junk.

Dyno shmino's, I want to see tack results with all these manifolds. I want to see a gain at the track. 2-3mph pick up on the big end. We all know the cobra jet is a great manifold. Just some don't want to lower the motor which is like a 30min job at most and possibly cut the hood but some have said that doesn't need to be done with some mounts. But the price factor of a new cobra jet usually stops people also. So it this manifold can show gains like a cobra jet at a $599 price point then great! It will be a game changer but someone is dragging feet somewhere. It fits on Steve's car so it fits on a S550 already so what's the hold up?

Well I own a GT350 and I trial fit the cobra jet intake and it does not fit under the hood. I do not have the option of lowering the engine enough to fit the cobra jet. The oil pan to K member clearance is only 3/4". I could only safely lower it "MAYBE" 1/2" and that's pushing it. I'm also not going to cut my hood open either. The GT350 core support is almost 2" lower then the standard mustang. When I trial fit the cobra jet 3 months ago the hood is over 1" before it makes contact to the hood latch. Also I'd like to try the talked about ford performance 100mm throttle body if it comes to market. I have a machine shop and I could possibly bore the Holley tb flange to accept the 100mm tb. If not I also contacted hogan manifolds to make a custom intake for my application. But I may wait to see what ford performance and others aftermarket do.

If you proof read your posts you would understand my comments. You are the one assuming this will be the best thing ever. MMR also has one of the worst reputations of any company in the mod motor world. I'm glad you have the inside scoop on people using their IM for boost. I still can't fathom how that translates into Holleys results on an NA build. You seem to be all over the page. Their manifolds aren't even that similar to begin with. You seem like a keyboard warrior or the average guy at a Honda meet.

I would wager they are waiting on edelbrock to release the victor II which is about 6 - 7 weeks out before they release.
As far as StangTv releasing the article I would wager they are swamped since the season just start and all.
But I'm with yall the waiting is really starting to bug the hell out of me but I'm trying to take Steve's word and wait.
