I’ve been having misfiring issues with my s550 gen 2, I’ve replaced ignition coils, spark plugs, and one fuel injector, which was bad, relays and fuses. When I took out the fuel injectors, the car was running and then when I replaced the bad one and put it back on the car, the car wouldn’t run.the pcm was replaced and programmed by ford so that’s new. it will crank, but no start. My dad and I have no clue what’s left to even check.

Unfortunately I myself would have very little useful knowledge here, but I do think those who can better help troubleshoot this could probably benefit from more info.

- I assume from your profile this is the 5.0 in your 2016 GT
- "Misfiring" combined with cranking and not starting makes the problem sound vague to me. Is the engine firing at all? Are any codes being thrown?
- When and how did this start?

And finally, not to be "that guy", but there is a good chance you would have better luck at the subforum here dedicated to repairs and car problems (if you post this there, I think it's still probably a good idea to answer the above questions, though):

Was this done prior to the injector replacement, or did you do this because the car wouldn't start?

Meaning, did the car run after Ford replaced the PCM?

Could have someone under the car with the ear to the gas tank see if u hear the fuel pump running, it will sound like a buzzing, also think the advice ngot8r was a very good thing to try, best of luck

I know that's frustrating, but take a deep breath and start with the basics.

Any codes?

Which is missing? Fuel, or spark?

G.T. is correct. Modern times makes you want to jump to computer and sensors. Listen near tank for fuel pump or check with gauge if your fuel rail has an access valve. Check for sparking coils. There is an inexpensive tool that you just touch to the top of the coil. Or old school and pull coil, add plug, ground plug to ending and crank to watch for spark. And most definitely read the codes and get a test light and check fuses. I chased an issue with the Mustang my daughter had in college forever. Fuse that powered the ECM kept popping. Turned out to be a faulty pre-heater in the Oxygen sensor (on same circuit, way to go Ford). Best of luck.

Hello; Had a crank without start on my Sentra years ago. Turned out to be the anti-theft system. I think i found a code which helped me determine such.

I'm confused on the timeline of your problems and attempts to repair the car.

You have misfires, what cylinders/codes?
You appear to have parts cammoned the plugs and coils. You say you had a bad injector, how did you determine that and which one? You say Ford replaced and programmed the ECM, why and when? Was the car running when it left Ford? You say you currently have a crank/no start issue, is this before or after its trip to Ford?
Please give us a timeline of what happened and when and more specific information like codes.
Without good information and based solely on my interpretation of your first, and only, post my internet WAG is something was not (or improperly) connected during the injector (or plugs/coils) replacement and reassembley. Something as simple as a missed ground or an improperly seated connector would be my WAG.
