I have not. There are many stud lengths on the market, and it’s difficult to account for each. Since the lugs are also designed around the Signature Wheel this current design works fantastic on the base S550, GT350, GT350R, GT500, CFTP, Raptor, and Ford Explorer.

A simpler solution in situations where the concern is cosmetic is a cap or plug to cover the open portion of the lug nut. Then we don’t have to adjust the functionality or versatility of the design.

Would be cool to see you work with a local contact to create something like this specific for the CFTP though. These caps came to be through one of our Signature Wheel clients working with a disabled veteran that had a 3D printer and some time. But it never got off the ground due to production issues
Are you still making the titanium lug nuts?

I would be interested in some as well. Sent you a DM about them. Just wandering what the price was. Sorry if I missed it somewhere in the thread.

The next run of titanium lug nuts is finally done. I dont know why being around CNC machines makes me so happy. Seeing the lug nuts being made while I was there was awesome. Wish I could program one myself. Lots of cool things I can think of doing.

As you can imagine individually packaging and shipping these will be time intensive, but plan to get a bunch ready to go over the weekend.

I like to play with my nuts by candle light.
.
Shipped out a bunch last week. Moved to minimalist packaging to save costs and not generate more waste.
.
More on the way!

Hey T, Can we get these in a color??
It is possible to do a kind of anodising on Ti but the colours are more of a hue rather than a solid colour like aluminium anodising, it’s also quite prone to fingerprint / oils staining (temporary).

T will have to answer if that’s something he can offer from the factory though :like:

you can apply color through a chemical process like anodizing, but over time it will fade due to UV exposure. Any physical coating will crack or chip once a socket is applied.

Raw titanium has proven best for long term durability and contaminant resistance.

I would agree 100% :like:

I have a little experience from a titanium bike (with as many titanium parts as possible). On a bike, the most robust option is the lightly brushed finish as it easily maintained and it’s possible to repair / mask scratches and marks.

Lug nuts ? 100% natural all day long, but just to he different I would (DIY) hand apply a circular brushed finish on the head outer face (if they were a closed nut) :like:

When applying ARP Lubricant, are you just applying it inside the lug jut or on the entire thread of the lug? When going back to OEM Lugs I assume any left over doesnt matter for torque specs?
