Great engine thread

My '17 non-R had just over 2200 miles on it when I traded it in and I hope that the engine in my current '18 R is just as tight and trouble free as that one was. Somebody certainly got a great car when they bought H2614 from Gary Yeoman's in Daytona Beach.

My 16 Tech Pack with Track Pack transmission is up to almost 14,000 with 10 track days under her belt. No oil usage. No weird noises. Only issue was limp mode and a improperly installed splitter. It seems to eat rear tires though.

I've discovered that after three sets of tires your right foot calms right down.

A friend and I did the work. Shop out here (Elite Performance) did the tune.

Just under 10k miles, 4 days of track. No oil consumption. No issues.

Very minor oil consumption until 6500 miles, then tapered off to near zero. 8500 miles now. Zero issues, no noises, no unusual vibrations, perfect paint, everything works perfect.
