I'm doin the same mods to my DIB 16'GT 350 with the American Racing Headers along with a jlt intake. Shipping to Livernois in Michigan to install and tune it also. Hoping for 500rwhp on the dyno.

Are they going to post the video on their YouTube channel?

I'll ask them. Won't be till early march.

That would be awesome. They have so many other cars with different modifications to compare it to. It should give a close idea of how the GT350 stacks up to the competition.

They have tuned 2 other GT350's before. But mine will be the 1st with upgrades and a full tune. So will see.

I had my headers a month before him, I'm not concerned what his numbers are. The problem I have is my business has been slammed and the weather isn't cooperating. He sent his car to kooks, I'm a do it myself guy. But I am interested in what his gains are but I also think he "they" are making it into a big deal. It's not like it's the news of the century. If I had the numbers to post I would of that very day. These are headers, not a heart transplant.
Really, does it matter who had what first? Is there some sort of race here that I'm not aware of? I realize that you have ZERO idea what its like working with a major manufacture like Kooks, but I was contractually bound to keep my mouth shut until they told me I could post.

Big deal or not, most people here wanted to know what was up and how much HP / TQ they were worth. I am very excited that I was able to work with Kooks again to get real world data that they can use to help sell headers. Too bad you couldn't get yours baselined before and after to help ARH.

I'm glad you've had yours for a month. I've "had" mine since I ordered the car in June. My relationship with Kooks is that strong. :shrug:

I wish I understood the perceived animosity. There is really no need. ;)

And thanks for assuming that I have never worked with a major manufacturer, so according to the comment you just made in saying ARH and BOBS auto oil catch cans is lesser then Kooks? Nice to be judged someone who doesn't even know me. If getting the numbers first was that important to me I would of tried harder to take the time away from my business and done so. But my business and family come before my car. Congratulations on your successful endeavor Joe. :cheers:

Lets attempt to have a civil debate. How are you helping ARH if you didn't dyno before to establish a baseline and then dyno again after to show the true performance potential?

Thanks for asking about the mattress business. We just opened another location 6 months ago. The Shelby was the 4th new Ford we've bought in a year. I have to say we have been very blessed. (2015 GT/PP, 2015 F250 4x4 Platinum, 2015 Focus SE and 2016 GT350)

Here's the deal and I'll explain it because some haven't read all the post. I am a self employed person and I work 12-14 hours a day 7 days a week. And even when I'm done at work I still have work to do for my business. I am working with Nick " the owner of ARH" on the design for the headers for the shelby. I am also doing a baseline Dyno pulls at Watson racing because they are just a few miles from my house. Once I do baseline pulls I myself will install the headers and exhaust and return back to Watson to do Dyno pulls. After the header and exhaust pulls are done and if nick and I are seeing that more gains can be made with a different header or exhaust design then another set will be installed and more Dyno times will be made. I also have a JLT and Lund e85 tune I want to Dyno pull. But not until I do the headers and exhaust first. I also am working with Steven at BOBS auto on a oil catch can set up for the gt350. It's a duel can set up one on each bank. Congrats on your relations with kooks and on your new store. I too have a successful business and it's rewarding and as you know non stop work. :cheers:
I mean no harm in saying I'm a do it myself kind of guy. But I am a hands on guy with many trades. I enjoy doing my own work and my own installs.

I'm about to install the headers and forget about the before and after Dyno pulls. I work 7 days a week 12-14 hours a day, and trying to get to Watson for Dyno pulls is killing me. I've had the headers for weeks now and after hearing ITLRUNs video I must say it's driving me nuts. Mine are full length and off road pipes. So I'm courious how mine will sound.
I have not installed it yet, I wanted to Dyno it stock then Dyno it with the headers then the JLT then Lund tune and then E85. But during the holidays Watson was only open 3 days a week and I work 7 days a week, it's hard to get away. I know ITLRUN has kooks headers and I know he beat me to the Dyno. I've had my headers sitting in my garage for almost a month now and I need to find time to take away from my business but I've been up to my ears in work. I'm about ready to just put them on and Dyno it with everything on it. I want to see if I can squeeze 600 flywheel hp from it. And the bs henessey is saying that they got 75-80 lb ft of tq seems like a line of bs to me.
Again I do apologize, I assumed you were not doing the before and after when I read these posts.

Owning your own business can be challenging and very fulfilling too! We are about to enter tax season and that is the busiest time of the year for us. I'll be MIA in a few weeks until its over! LOL

Yeah lol. Tax time is crazy. And in business IRS doesn't mean Independent rear suspension. It means Its Real Scary.

I like ARH and wanted to see numbers thought maybe everyone was waiting for a print magazine to releas or something. Kooks got 491 w/o tune, I'm thonking 520 with a tune. I'm sure the gains will be similar.

I'm sure your right. And I also like ARH. I like the collector better and I like the longer primary tubes. I don't think they will give much more gain in power but I think the power curv may be a bit different. Time will tell. I just finished install the RSD.
