I see a noticeable gap under the passenger headlight on my wife's 2019 Bullitt. alignment at fender is good. I searched and see others have had this issue but didn't see a fix. Before I pull the bumper cover, I wanted to ask if anyone had any info on it... Alignment of headlights seems good. Any thoughts?

I assume you are talking about under the outer edge of the headlight below where the turn signal is? like maybe it was trimmed a little too much... If so my 19 GT is like that... Did'nt look right to me but have had bumper off and it does'nt change anything...

well, yes. Mine is the same way then. You can see the headlight plastic. I assumed maybe it was just mine as I had not looked at any others. And being winter and in storage I forgot about looking into it.

Mine also have one noticeable wide gap here under.
But only on passenger side.
It does look bad if you know it's there and you're sensitive.

Had a friend who had something similar. Took it to a dealership and had it fixed. I forgot what they did but they agreed it wasn't correct. Might be worth a stop.

Yeap that’s it. Next time it’s at dealer I’ll get to take a look. It would be interesting to know what they’ve done to fix it. I much prefer to do my own work. Dealers are hit or miss lol

Pretty sad when an aftermarket companies bumper fits better than OEM

This has been discussed before on the forums and I don't recall ever seeing a definite answer on how to fix it. I think most people either leave it alone or they are able to correctly align the bumper cover after doing a grille conversion or similar mod where the bumper cover must be removed completely. Until someone posts a fix without a complete bumper removal then I'm going to live with it.

Hahaha! Sure. Is that what the dealer told you?

At least in my case it doesn't appear to be an alignment issue. Everything lines up perfectly to hood and fenders. its like the bumper cover was cut too low on that headlight. would most likely take a replacement cover to fix I'm guessing.

The bumper covers might be off from the factory. A local body shop here told me they had to order a few covers to find one that aligned properly.
