Passenger rear wheel gap higher than others

I'm planning on getting new wheels soon. For some odd reason the passenger rear wheel gap has always been bigger than the rest of the wheels. I'm hoping to correct this if possible or necessary before upgrading. Currently I'm on factory suspension and the black accent 19x8.5 wheels. All other wheels sit evenly and the gap is consistent except for the passenger rear wheel looking a bit monster-trucky. The gap there is higher and enough to be noticeable.

Anyone else have uneven rear gaps from the factory? Is there a fix for this or is it normal inconsistencies?
