I'm curious as to what is keeping ForScan from communicating with the BCM. IF Ford has finally started encrypting access to that module, that's bad news.

Sadly, that is what my tuner is thinking. It may very well be an EPA thing.

There is a post on the FORScan forum about a 2021 Transit not being identified. The poster contacted FORScan developers directly and it now works. Likely similar issue with the Mach 1.

Evidently due to the Mach 1 being as was the Bullitt a "frankenstein" motor", the PCM and tune is specific to this car. As such, it will be a nightmare to tune and/or install FI. That is the primary reason Roush/Ford Performance never had a blower kit for the Bullitt. I was told that the electrical harness had different connectors and that the limited take rate did not justify the cost of a new tune and, wiring harness.
Interesting....

FWIW and FYI, the Bullitt/Mach 1 intake manifold carries its own part number, unique from the GT350 unit. I suspect it has to do with the different electronics for the CMCV/IMRC solenoids on the '18+ cars.

Probably need to update / change FORSCAN. I had the same issue with my '19 GT back when I bought it (I installed a Sync 3 setup in my base GT) And there were certain modules it would not connect to / write to. Installed a "beta" version of FORSCAN, and everything worked fine.

I will be back at his shop wen he installs the splash guards. I will take a screen shot and post it.
It would indeed help to see the screenshot of the message prompted.

Unless encryptions changed should be nearly identical to tuning a Bullitt.
