Will this rivet tool work to install mach 1 HP splitter?

I like the idea of this honestly that way I’m not stuck with it on, do you have a link to which you ordered? It looks like it takes 12 screws to install (this includes the 4 you remove and reuse?) and then 21 rivets. So when you install using rivnuts instead, do you still use the screws and just replace the 21 rivets? That’s probably what I’d like to do, if that’ll work.

Also assuming I’ll need to get a different rivet gun for rivnuts,
Would this work? It’s adjustable up to 1/4in.

Once you have the rivnuts installed, what size screw do they need?

Then get stainless washers and hex head bolts to match, I think I used 1 inch long bolts. Yes, you will replace the 21 plastic rivets with the rivnuts.
