Screen (GPS, Radio, Rear Camera, Temp Readings) does not work

I have a 2022 Mach 1 and around the first of Nov the screen stopped working so I do not have radio, GPS, Rear Camera, and temp readings. Took it to the local Ford Dealer and a module in the back of the screen went bad. Service dept ordered a screen unit and was told because of supply chains, 3rd party, I am pretty sure that is China, it will be at least 2 to 3 weeks for the unit. Well, it arrived in 4 weeks and the unit did not work…go figure…so was reordered and told 3 to 4 weeks. Went down to the Ford place to see if the unit has arrived because the Service Dept will not keep me informed and of course no unit and since this is a electronic component it could be 2 to 3 months. At that point I blew up and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I called Ford and of course they said they would check into it and call me back. Of course Ford and the local Dealer have not called me back And it has been 7 days. So, I have been without a GPS, radio, rear camera for 2 months and not sure if I will ever have a working screen. Has anybody out there run into a situation like or similar to this and a solutio?

I’m not sure who you called @ Ford, but you need to call the Ford 800#, ask for a Regional Rep. to file a Case. Once the Regional files a Case you have a Case # and that elevates your vehicle to a priority level. The Dealership will need to respond to the Reg. Rep. and also supply status updates.

Unfortunately if the issue is truly a supply issue, it’s out of everyone’s control because everyone is having parts issues everywhere. It’s not just Ford, not just your Dealer - any service or business that relies on vendor supplied electronics from overseas and/or parts, it’s been an issue for at least a good year now.
