I think you need to read what it says closer, but I’m not here to help with that.
From the pdf you posted:

The FPP warranty died when the car was 3 years old. The Ford warranty (part of it, in any event) died when the CAI went on.

From the looks of things, you're not particularly helping in any case.

Lol you’re quoting literature about aftermarket non factory installed parts, when I’m quoting literature directly from Ford, but again I’m not here to argue/be your teacher on reading comprehension skills.

You're quoting Ford Performance. You clearly think that Ford Performance and Ford are the same company. They're not.

I think it is so comical some of the comments on here. Not from people who are in the know but from those who are not.
Do yourselves a favor and get to know the people that you’re going to see. I have never had a problem with anything I’ve done to my cars when I’m getting warranty work done. I still know the guy who sold me my 2019 back in California including the guy who did my oil changes for me. They would take care of anything I needed regardless of what I’ve done to the car.

It makes me laugh at some of the comments on here about warranties. Don’t forget they drive 800+ horsepower cars themselves. At least the ones I know.

Sadly some confuse the two. Ford and Ford Racing are two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT companies. Period.

So then my engine warranty will be covered even though I have twin turbos? Good to know.

Depends on who you know my friend. You are exactly right.

Ah. "I know a guy." So, it can be denied but your guy won't. Clearly the basis for someone else to run with it.

Again, exactly. I don’t know how old you are Zooks but you get to know people if you try. I am now in Florida for only three months and I’ve already got a couple of people I know over here who will take care of me. It doesn’t take much effort.

Well if you look at my sig and see that I've been driving since 1975, it shouldn't be too big a stretch to figure out how old I am.

And that again puts lie to your premise that "Of course it's covered". Clearly, it's not, unless you get a compliant dealer who's willing to ignore the language of the contract and run it through for the profit on the book value of the repair.

Knowing people who might bend the rules for you is one thing.
Depending on it is foolish.

I am really interested in others experiences actually using the insurance. I am the second owner of this car, original owner had the FP CAI installed at a Ford dealer early on in it's life, only mod to the car. If I have an issue, do I need to remove this tune and install stock tune in order to use this insurance, or even have a Ford dealer look at it?

I appreciate all the input and understand that if I do not use the insurance in 6 years Ford will profit from it. I am not equipped to do any major repairs on this car so the ESP plan would give me a little bit of comfort.
That tune was warranted from Ford and wakes up the car and helps the Tranny shift better, you will be sorry if ya remove it. It also came with the 350-throttle body

I am still confused by the TB. They put a bigger TB on and then adapt it down to the smaller intake, doesn't seem like it would benefit.
