Did the Redlines on mine. Zero issues.

Same here. (Mine were the Redline QuickLift Plus struts, black, for $99.95 on Amazon, back in February 2020). I peeled off the Redline logo sticker so they look like plain OEM struts.

I bought and just installed these and the trunk isn't "popping." Does the swing require the other kit that says it's for the R and big wings? I don't even have the gurney flap on yet, but I will soon.

GT350R and Mustangs with large spoilers should use kit 555-0697.

Yes you need the “heavy” kit. I had to change as the regular ones did not lift my California Special trunk.

He is correct, JLT makes the cover. I beleive it came from CJ Pony parts.
