I just called Rick at Downs Ford . I ordered two sets. I paid less than $80 per kit. They will ship as soon as they are available.

They do look like bolt on from the hardware, but that my take

Do these mount to existing holes or is drilling required?
The bottom appears to mount just like the redline struts and will probably require cutting a hole in the battery cover.

Correct, installation process mimics redline's instructions. I almost bought these, but ended up buying redlines during Black Friday

beware, I bought them for my GT and they are trash

The mounting brackets on the top right of the picture don't do a good job fastening down to the car and they'll turn and lose grip as soon as you open to hood once or twice.

If any of you want mine, they're for sale

I thought they fixed that issue with reworked brackets.

They looks exactly the same... it comes with this piece of shit foot anchor that is supposed to help you tie it down to the car securely. The problem is that as you tighten it down it will move around on you and even if you get it to stay on either side of the opening and actually tie it down, it will turn on you eventually after a few open and close motions because it only fastens on one side and not on both sides like the redline example below

I don't like promoting redline but their anchoring thingy or whateer you call it is 10 times better and will actually grab and fasten on both sides of the bolt opening. Steeda has a good one too

You didn't buy the FRPP ones, because they haven't been released yet.. Who's did you buy?

Bought them for my GT, the design looks identical. It's a bad design, just saying.

I like to disassemble things.
Again, who made/sold the ones you bought?
