I think a clutch will always have bearing on driveline components longevity and breakage. The harder a clutch bites the more shock it will transfer to the driveline. The clutch is the fuse so to speak in the driveline and the RXT clutches have ceramic material discs that grips and grabs harder therefore causing more shock. The RST has organic material discs that are more forgiving. There is a trade off of course with these clutches as the RST has smoother engagement and is more streetable and easier on the driveline it doesn't have the holding power of the ceramic RXT. The RXT would be better suited for drag racing in that the ceramic material can handle some glazing and recover from it.

Running bone stock drive-line for the past 4k miles on my KB setup.
I havent been to the strip yet, and I don't dump the clutch. No sticky tires have been on the ass end of my car either. So, that's kind of key.
Traction breaks things. I will eventually upgrade, but as for now shes just a fun daily driver.

I've had my setup since 1,000 miles now at 19,000 stock clutch and trans. I beat on it everyday so far so good.

I think I am going TT. Was originally going with Paxton, such crazy bang for the buck, but a twin setup would be a beast.
Smart man. If I had to do it all over I would take this route. I still might just need to save some money.

Same here, stock clutch 4K so far with the Whipple with 275/35-20 NT555 street radials and 3.73's. Lots of fun on the street, and this car sees no drag racing so I expect the stock clutch to last a while (fingers crossed).

Not sure but I bet the stock clutch will last longer if TC is off when getting in it, not wanting the wheel spin to be controlled by the rear brake and roasting the clutch becuase it's trying to hold back all that power.

the rst will slip more, and is rated at 800 hp, the rxt is rated at 1000 and doesn't slip as much, depends on what your looking for, we probably sell the rxt 7-1 over the rst

Replaced the shifter, replaced half shafts, replaced driveshaft, replaced clutch, did a stage 1 rebuild. Car shifts like a dream and holds the power fine. I honestly think I'll pop my motor before I lose a gear or synchro.
