How about Dynomax Race Bullets? I ran them on my 03 Cobra and they sounded great and throaty with no drone at all.

When I had my prior 1986 GT years ago, I also ran Dynomax with LT's - and the sound (IMO) was much better than Flowmaster - especially at WOT. I had always received compliments about the sound of that car because it wasn't the "everyone has Flowmasters" typical sound.

not worried on the drone … I just want the exhaust to sound good with out breaking the bank….. I’m not spending corsa or borla money… or even magnaflow for that matter lol… I was looking at some different stuff, I like to be different and not follow the crowd … I’m mid mounting my mufflers not putting them in the rear, also I was looking at black widow, wicked flow kamikaze, SLP lm1, even a magna pack… I already have 3 inches all the way back with no mufflers or resonators …. It’s nice but I want the sound more refined with out dropping the volume …

Try them out and if they don’t suit your taste you can always sell them and try something else. Trial and error (hopefully no error tho).

Most likely to make more money selling as an “upgrade” to their existing catbacks. But I agree, they should just sell it with the catback instead of the standard X pipe

They can’t be any louder than the 10-series 1-chamber race mufflers I ran on my ‘13 GT. With free flowing exhaust, it was like a top fuel car on startup and above 2/3k it was stupid loud. I have a couple videos on YouTube I think.
