Wow what a crock of shit, for your time and pain I'll take a free tire at that point.

And the employee that caused all the bad orders should be fired.

I couldn't agree more! We all make mistakes, but not 3 times in a row.

I don't understand how hard it is for a dealership to understand what kind of tire is on the car they sell. You can even go on tire rack and they give you the Pirelli part number right there on the website.

After the 2nd screw up, I would have told them to go out to their lot, find the same damn matching rim/tire from another Mustang and take that freaking wheel off and put it on your car... And request a refund (or dispute the charge).

Did you say anything at all to their Service Manager? I mean how hard is it to look at the brand/size of tire and order SAME?

I know, but the problem is that this is a small dealership outside of town. They dont have any GT's on the lot. Now if I needed a tire for an F-150.......lol. They actually took at tire off of a 6cyl model and obviously that didnt work.

I would have just called Tirerack on speed dial & had a new Pirelli shipped to the dealer attention: your name printed on the label plus they are like $1190 for a set of 4 tires so it would have run you $300 plus shipping & order would have been correct the 1st time. Sorry to hear the news...does anyone on here know if there is a spare tire in the works that clears the Brembo's on our PP cars ???

Just curious, where exactly is this dealership? I see you're in Scottsdale, all the dealerships I know in the PHX area are huge (Camelback, Sanderson, Berge, etc)

I can't help but wonder if that dealership is the same one I had problems with... They let my car "roll into a wall" and cracked the front bumper. After replacing the bumper, they then gave the car back to me with a huge bolt in the front tire.

Bummer about the car man, hope you get it sorted out soon.

I can't believe your one tire cost more than both my 315 nittos in the back lol, after the third time I would've literally called Ford and made sure that tire was free. I HATE Ford's customer service and dealerships, they're filled with idiots that don't know how to work on cars and not know how to treat a customer. I miss having a Lexus for that sole reason. I felt like a king every time I went in. They even had an old lady that baked fresh cookies.
