The bumper is flexible. It fits which was the original question. It’s not comfortable for the driver.I didn’t do it personally. But I helped a friend remove his bumper. And load it into his car. This friend is 5’6 and about 150. If it was me, I’d borrow a buddies truck or pay the $20 for a u-haul.

Yea I’m just desperate cause this dude has a brand new oem painted bumper for $200 so I don’t want to miss the opportunity

Buy a friend that has a suv or truck lunch/dinner to go with you and pick it up.

Just e-transfer him the money to hold it for you. Most people aren't scum and won't rip you off.

When I worked for the towing company I would fold them in half and shove them in the trunk. If it fits it ships!!

I've done it. Taking a new bumper to paint shop and picking it up when my truck was being used.
Lay passenger seat all the way back, fold back seats down.

Bumper covers are a lot more flexible and durable than you would think.
I had to replace the front bumper cover on my Edge. I found a place online who had a great price on a new cover painted to the factory paint code. It came folded in thirds with instructions on unfolding it. I expected the paint to be damaged, cracked or crazzed or something but it was not. After sitting in the sun it was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised. This picture is just after unwrapping it.

The point of the story is just gently fold the bumper to fit in the car, it will be just fine.
