Seconded. I'm at Priority Code 20 and ordered in November. I don't expect any movement for a while.

I've been told that dealer assigned priority has no effect on R production/timing. Theoretically it would only matter if a dealer had two allocations that were released from material hold at the same time.

Yes it seems to, to an extent. So far from what I can tell is that they have been released X amount at a time, X amount per zone. It seems the oldest orders per zone have been pulled first.

How an order date might not work out in your favor is say for example there are three June orders in A-zone and two September orders in B-zone and both are allowed to send two cars to production. In this scenario that third A-Zone order won't get released from hold.

Can this change, yes, should it change, yes. Honestly I hope they open the flood gates soon and start building several a day.

I have a scheduled R

I ordered a 2016 GT350R this summer and 2 weeks ago I received a vin for my vehicle. I called Ford Performance this week and they told me my car is scheduled to be built on the week of March 14th!! The wait is almost over!! :amen:

I am interested in ordering an R. I assume this is a no go for 2016? Any leads on getting one ordered or dealer inventory and I'd be forever thankful. Particularly if there was no price gouging. :cheers:

Can someone briefly explain to me the "regional rep system". As mine too has been pulled, but still no vin... Trying not to be a hassle, just anxious and quite confused. Just wondering from how long it was from the rep pulling your order, to eventually ending up getting your vin [MENTION=21832]FordForLife[/MENTION]. Thx.

I ordered the car in August from the Florida region.

I also ordered mine in August, here in Florida. Still no VIN. How many Rs did your dealer get? If they are a high-volume dealer, they are likely to get their orders pulled first.

From what I understand, once it gets "pulled" by the zone rep, then the Zone rep waits on Ford to scheduled, give it a VIN#, then a (Blend date/Build date) This is how it was explain to me by my Dealer....So I guess I'm waiting on FORD to build some more R's....

Some folks said ford didn't schedule any gt350s last week so that might explain order getting pulled but not getting scheduled yet
