A short insight. I visited Fabulous Fords 2016 today. Very impressed with the GT350 turn up. Very cool and makes me even more anxious to get my own. However, I did notice countless times regular mustang GT's with the R badges. Not trying to stir the pot of forum fights, but my true question is...

Can someone briefly explain to me the "regional rep system". As mine too has been pulled, but still no vin... Trying not to be a hassle, just anxious and quite confused. Just wondering from how long it was from the rep pulling your order, to eventually ending up getting your vin FordForLife. Thx.

The wait to get a vin Is getting ridiculous. I could care less about the build date, all I want is a guaranteed car. Ordered it beginning of june... still nothing? And then at the same time you see regular 350's getting vins left and right. Come on ford.

I ordered my 350r from one of the biggest dealers about early June and still no vin... Still priority 10. My dealer tells me they will pull orders in early november. Idk what to believe, how many R people actually have a VIN?

Agreed, seems only base gt350's are getting built at the moment. Been waiting since early June with a dora and still no vin. GM says ford will be pulling them in November... Guess we'll have to see how that plays out.

Well I really don't think you'll be disappointed. I think that'd be an excellent color choice! I'm on the same page as you with the Dora and so on.

I agree that OTT stripes would look better on a R with a non black roof, just was wondering if anyone here went the other route. 920A, Electronics pack, White W/ Blue Stripes, NON Black roof.
