That's the plan. Torn between a GT350 or Cobra Jet. GT350 makes a little less power, but is cheaper if you factor in a TB and new CAI, plus I can keep my strut brace. Thoughts on that anyone?

Seems like you were spinning tires on the 1-2 shift. Very consistently. I’m not a drag racer, so I’m curious if that helps or hurts overall performance.

This is a really cool in car video. Trying to get a buddy who has a manual '17 GT PP with a Borla S-Type exhaust to run his car. He's never been to the drag strip and your video does a great job on what it's like to go down the track from the driver's point of view. Sent him the link to the video and hopefully he'll want to make some passes.

With drag racing, as with autocross or road course racing, it's all about putting the power to the pavement. Long story short- "spinning ain't winning" hahah The only time I'd say it could be beneficial, is at launch. A slight bit of tire spin can help to keep a manual transmission car from bogging down.
