Do you have a way to monitor fuel pressure? Definitely shouldn't have fuel coming out the exhaust I wonder if you got an injector hanging open you can do a leak down test

So big update with the vacuum lines, after capping off all individual ports both necessary and unnecessary, it runs much smoother and actually idles at startup around 900-1000 rpm. Still running rough and starting to give some codes now for misfiring and random misfires. When the vacuum lines are open causing a leak there’s no misfire codes. Also while capping all the lines, fuel is SPRAYING out the exhaust. You can feel it hit you 5+ feet back and starts to puddle on the ground again. It sounds like a knock happening to be honest. But the tensioner is holding much better and not throwing the belt on. Still should be tighter as it starts to jump around with tension still.

Even newer update, cleared the codes and ran it again. No engine light/misfire codes. But runs absolute dog shit again. Almost doesn’t even want to turn over or stay alive. Idles at 500 or so and wants to die out again. If I remove the plug at the back of the intake manifold when starting it, it runs smoothly, then if I cap it, will run okay still? Why won’t it start without that open? Maybe I should reattach the solenoid?

cut it off and tried to start again, bunch of misfire codes and won’t stay on.

ESS is sending me a 120mm pulley to help with LUND’s option to use a 115 pulley on 93 octane.

Is there a check valve in the hoses or the connector of the catch can? It looks right from what I can tell but from what I remember about that catch can is there's a check valve in one of the hoses for passenger and not one for the clean side (driver).

I had a vented catch can on the passenger side only (coming from passenger valve cover to catch can, from catch can to your capped port on the manifold) and my car ran like complete shit and the fuel trims were pegged. I took the filter off the catch can and put a plug that came with it in there, problem solved.

Do you still have the stock line? Try to put the stock line back on instead of the catch can on the passenger side and see how it will run then.

I don’t recall any check valve with the system. I’ll install the factory lines for now and see what happens

If your catch can is vented it has to only have an inlet it shouldn't be tied back into the intake manifold because you are letting in unmetered air

No change with the stock passenger side line.

I’ve sent a request to Wengerd for a start up tune to just see if it will even idle right with their tune. If it does I’m switching and going for a refund with Lund. I don’t understand how it can be dumping so much fuel out the exhaust. Everything is mechanically has been checked and rechecked. But still doesn’t make sense why the tensioner won’t hold tension on the belt.

Got cha. I don't think the solenoid is the issue. Here's the back of mine when I did it awhile ago..

Kinda stumped here. Seems like it isn't in fact a vacuum leak. If it's the tune that's insane....

Yeah you have the solenoid removed and the line capped. Same as me and it won’t even try to run.. and when it does it seriously is dumping fuel out the exhaust and puddling.

Again just be careful man fuel in the exhaust can very easily cause a fire be safe my man, do you have a gauge for fuel pressure i have seen those D I injectors hanging open causing fuel coming out the exhaust, long starts, and running issues

I don’t personally but could bring one. And I’m trying the best I can to be safe, I only let it run so long 1 cause the fuel and 2 it sounds god awful running and scares the crap out of me. It comes out equally on both sides of the exhaust so I imagine it’s happening to all the cylinders. Especially for the misfires.
