thanks guys for the help
i did use tester by OBD2 and it came like " over boost" i still dont know what that means
but : when i removed the pipe from IC to throttle body , it back to normal ... so any guess?
Overboost=turbo created more pressure in the intake than manufacturer (or tune!) says is acceptable

It can be a big deal in our engines, since they are open deck engines...and if our engines fail, they are known to usually do so on cylinder #3 or #2.

P.S. changing the downpipe (to either a high flow catalytic converter or no catalytic converter) can easily cause an overboost if the tune doesn't compensate for the reduced exhaust backpressure.

This was the error code
D4C9D375-B8BA-4916-8C38-9E5DDDA047FB.webp
Looks like DTC C41500 is a "mystery code". It's showing up as a "History" trouble-code, so have it cleared and see if it comes back.

Wonder why DTC P0234 didn't show up in Engineering Mode?

Wonder why DTC P0234 didn't show up in Engineering Mode?
maybe because we cleared the code when we checked at the store

so nobody knows what overboost is?
The turbo produced more boost pressure than normal, and it caused a trouble-code to be set. Need to find out what's causing the over boost condition from happening.
