My friend had one of these (older model) on his C6 and he loved it's low end TQ for street driving. He said at @2000 RPM you tap on the gas and the car jumps. And in normal highway driving was very smooth and even better gas millage than stock.

He also had a Magna charger on C5, but he liked the E-Force more.
Sold them both and bought a C7 Z06.

C'mon "rangerjames", dyno results were supposed to be 4 days ago! What gives? Enquiring minds want to know. I love the stealth look of this system and the fact that it's supposed to be pretty quiet. Just curious to see if performance is on par with Roush, TVS etc.:headbang:

Likely instal hang ups, seems like there is always something getting in the way. Keep us posted on what going on, many here would like to see this system sing.

Update

Working with Edelbrock on tune. John the guy dyno tuning it test rode it Thursday and it had a surging problem. Some what like some of the Whipple guys are having. Time differents between east coast and west coast hasn't helped. Then the long holiday weekend. Burnyzz is hoping to have fixed by Tuesday or Wednesday. Not to happy with delays. Suppose to be in Savannah GA. Thursday for car show and road course day at Roebling. will update when it gets squared away.

Hope you get tHis squared away, as far as the surging issue I'm not sure it's what some Whipple customers are having issue with. The whipple calibration works flawlessly in all the auto's and only a select few of the manuals have a stumble or hesitation only at medium load when transitioning from vac to boost. From what I've been told it's a timing variance difference set from the factory that causes this with some Whipple cars.

Whipple is superior
Whipple superchargers get it done... I run a 3.4 on my Cobra. I think that the current 1/4 list for street cars has BMR Tech in 3rd behind two turbo cars.. We all know he runs the TVS Blower.. I did see a Whipple car in the 7th spot..

Not saying either blower is superior.. Just saying that the playing field is so even now that it gives us options! Justin at VMP ran a 9.96 at 10lbs of boost..

Not quite true. If someone puts that much time, money and effort into one with our systems on there, they will go faster. It makes more power, its been proven many times over. The TVS is a great SC, but it's not as good as a screw. But past that, the kit itself is not as good. You have to do a lot of porting to get the intake manifold to flow what ours does out of the box. The smaller intercooler simply doesn't keep up with the larger unit with extra surface area, especially as boost goes up and blower speeds are near max. So while they are in the ballpark, they are not the same.
