I use the
K060825RPM belt, put that number into search you'll find it. It is 82.59 inches. The one they (EB) send in the kit is 82 inches, I currently run a 82.75 in continental belt. The auto-tensioner has about half travel using that one.
The RPM belt will be for if I go slightly smaller or if I have a problem and need a new belt I'll have one I don't have to work hard to get on. This belt runs about 50 USD, My continental belt (82.75") is 26 dollars. I still have the 82 inch (continental) belt EB sent me, I'll probably use if when I start dropping pulley sizes.

Edit
Here is the PDF/Brag sheet
https://assets.gates.com/content/da...428-3291-rpm-belt-dimension-list-newbrand.pdf
that awesome! Thank you for the info!

Lund is recommending I put the nitrous jet back in the bypass to smooth out the boost transition. He says the bypass on these blowers close super quick.

I probably don't have mine anymore, what size jet does the kit come with? .015"? Anyone ever try a larger jet? Also, what direction in the line should the jet be oriented if it matters?

The kit came with a .015. I'm using a .026 with my Lund tune and it seems just about right. The cone shaped end faces the throttle body opening and the skinny end faces away from the blower.

Perfect, thanks. I saw someone else running a .032 so I may just buy a couple. I actually never drove the car with the jet, took it out during install. Does it neuter low end tq, or make the car hit harder as it ramps in?

With the Lund tune, the boost hits pretty quickly with the pill in. The pill just helps smooth it out just a little bit so you have a fighting chance to get traction. Throttle response is way better than with the EB tune and no pill.

Is the griptec even needed for a 3" and this idle bracket?
There might be a little bit of a gain from the added wrap on a 3" since I picked up 1psi by switching to a griptec and the griptec runs a little larger than the Edelbrock pulley. I just didn't try it bc I went straight to 2.75" pulley. I only did the 3"+aux to check belt sizes.

Edelbrock 3" = 12psi
Griptec 3" = 13psi
Griptec + Aux idler = ???

I bought a 2.8 Griptec as well, from what others have been saying, the 2.8 should be about 15psi

What horsepower an torque numbers are you getting? Are you still using the 47 lu injectors that came with the stage 1 kit?

I just installed long tubes, so I'm down to 8lbs of boost also. Tuning just began yesterday
Sorry, I'm so late answering this. 691rwhp/589rwtq. My GT is a 2018, so no need for larger injectors. I have no idea what the stock sizes are...

LU47's should be good for around 800whp on the a 2018+ gen 3 coyote since the other 8 DI injectors help supply some of the fuel.

Do you have the sheet for this? Numbers are solid for 91. Might even upset some of the Whipple fan-boys.

Here it is. Surprised a lot of people, myself most of all. I was thinking that I would be lucky to get over 650. Headers, no cats, h-pipe resonator delete, stock mufflers, UPR dual catch can system, PBD tuned. The only other things that I did was to "port" the stock airbox; drill out all of the little holes in the grill on the intake corner; and, connect a Velossa Tech "ram air" extension that solidly joins the airbox directly to the front grill opening. By porting the stock airbox I mean that I removed the carbon air filter and ground smooth all of the bosses, ridges and casting flash.

Honestly, I’m not hugely surprised by your results. You’d have to be a tough customer to be unhappy with that for 91 octane and the stock TB/airbox.
Pulley size?

Got my bracket during the weekend
Did that 3" griptec rub at all? It looks very close and tight.

Just bought the bracket since I am pretty sure I am already getting belt slip on my 3.25" (it's noisy with a light squeal when I get on throttle). Looks like I am getting the newer 3 hole design.

Now do I buy a 3" EB or Griptec pulley ...

The pulley size is whatever came stock in the Stage-1 kit for the 2018+ cars. The only thing that I'm unhappy with is the poor street manners of the tunes that I've been getting. WOT is great, especially in Sport and Drag modes. Mine suffers from part throttle bucking and jerking as well as uphill surging in cruise control and some rpm oscillating at cold start fast idle. Lots and lots of revisions, but my latest one is a marked improvement so I have some remaining hope. Still a ways to go though...
