First thing I did was wrap the fuel line in some silicone pipe. On UK cars the fuel line cuts across the coil covers. With the side covers on it’s a shape edge against the fuel line. Only a matter of time until that burst.

Has anybody with the stage 1 2650 kit put a 3.5" on their blower? What belt did you end up using? I'm looking at the Gatorback 4060827 which is 83" instead of the Continental 82".

I believe that is the right belt, I was talking to someone who did it, it ran like hardly any boost though, something like 8psi

Yah, unfortunately I have enough trouble putting down the power with my 555G2's, but during the winter I run the stock 245 Pirellis. It's just flat dangerous in those conditions. Maybe if I neuter it a little bit it'll actually be faster.

For those of you who are Lund tuned, was your car down for multiple days during the revision process? I won't need to be going full throttle but I will need it to drive to work.

Didn't your airbox come with the Edelbrock E-Force logo on top?

The first tunwe you receive from Lund will be very close. Lund will ask you to provide a WOT log to 5000 RPM. Then they make adjustments and send a revision based on the log file and you do another pull to 6 or 7000 and so on. You can drive the car perfectly on the original tune sent just don't do any WOT pulls.

My stage 2 kit did not come pre- printed with the logo. I think early versions of the kit did. They do include stickers, in case you want to use.

I don't know why they would stop pre-printing it. Looks so much better with the print on it.

Nope, no stickers either. Didn’t bother me. Prefer the cleaner look.

Just installed the 3.5” pulley with a 4060827 belt and verified 9psi. My tuner also verified I was fine without a retune (I think somebody asked the question earlier?). With the stock wheels on for winter, I still had to run it in 4th to hook, lol.

How often is everyone changing their belt. I have about 3k miles on mine, it's starting to slip and is showing some wear.

I was at 10k and it was fine when I took it off. Probably every year for me when I clean my air filter. Figure I’d do plugs every 2 years.

I thought the stage one came with a 3.5" pulley. Did you guys get a different size with a tuner kit or are you stage 2?

I don’t have the stage 1 but I’d like to share my experiences with the part throttle issue. Beefcake tuner kit with stage 2 intake/ e85 only. Tuned by rob at pbd

when I had 3.55s it had a lot more part throttle issues. It felt like it didn’t know what I wanted. Gear changes and high boost with throttle input past light acceleration but less then the amount you’d use to accelerate hard (3/4 throttle)

3.15s def fixed a huge majority of the issues. I used a nitrous pill and it helps a little as well.

IMO I think the tune isnt the problem. this TVS and the 10r80 make for a lot of snappy power and many gear changes. I think it’s just how it’s going to be, honestly
