E85 tune

I just recently got an e85 tune on my mustang. Once I got it installed my check engine light came on. The codes are misfire in cylinder 2 and 3 and running lean. Anyone else having this issue or suggestion.

Ummm I never got a CEL with my tune. Maybe contact your tuner ASAP.

I would imagine it would be running rich if anything, since e85 has a lower air/fuel ratio than 93

Are you running a dedicated E85 tune or a Flex fuel tune. And what’s the E content on the fuel in your tank?

I'm running a flex fuel tune. I didn't test the e85 yet.
