Between adding catted LTH and and E85 tune, would I be around 470whp?

That will make the car noticeably faster. Whether or not it makes 470 depends on the dyno, tune, air temp on the day of the test.

it could make 470

Dyno will give you adjusted for the air temp at time of test. Dynojet, SAE, yes approx. 470.

That’s irrelevant if the thing isn’t calibrated right, when they almost never are. get on a mustang dyno, see how the numbers change from a dyno jet.

I’ve personally seen +\-15 hp on two different dynojets. It’s not consistent at all

I always get the dynojet run files that I can study as long as I like after the fact. You can double check the weather conditions to verify the adjustments.. In the 3 dynojets I've used over the years, I think within 5hp at this power level, assuming the weather station is picking up the temperature in the room. Of course I'm assuming car is warmed up (drivetrain loosens) and the oil/coolant temp is roughly similar. I've taken to use one of those infrared temp guns.

So I'll agree that if the dyno operator is not so with it, then of course the results from that dyno will be off.

Mustang dyno - loaded dyno, different for sure. I maintain there should be fairly tight expectation on a dynojet with the weather readings accurate. Also assuming the car is strapped down well with decent tires. I would really to try out a hub dyno- takes the tire issues of the picture. Also, at my rpm extension, I get to stupid car speeds in 7th gear and on the one dyno it gets noisy. It's stable in 6th.
