Getting the panels off eBay is the easiest thing to do really. When you remove the old panel, just take all of the other pieces off of it and save them as extras. The actual panel itself isn’t worth saving w/ the damages.
Thanks and I have been looking, the hard problem is finding one that is for a GT Premium, everything I am seeing is the GT package which has 4 threads compared to the one on the Premium.

Just a tip for eBay searches:
Try searching without the word "premium" and always include "2015". Many resellers include 2015 because it's the first year of the S550 and some don't break out their listings by "premium" or non-premium and some don't list all the model years either.

Just search using "2015 Mustang door panel" or "2015 Mustang GT door panel". You will get a lot of results even for anything beyond 2015...

Thanks for the tip and I did search for quite a while and have only found like one that matches, I think the 2020 GT Premium is different from 2019 and below. I actually called the dealership to get a cost on a new one. When the parts guy asked me if I was sitting down I knew it was going to be bad. $2,917.00 for a new door panel!! 😲!! I for sure will be trying to do anything else to make it right!!

I reckon he quoted you the wrong price …

Over in the U.K. we pay more for mustang bits than you guys. I believe our trim spec is the same as your premium and they quoted me £555 (+20% tax) for my 2020 :

Still expensive though … !

That price is probably for the entire door.

Maybe try this.

I’d suggest the hair dryer route as well. Use something rounded (like the end of a screwdriver handle) to massage it gently. If you’re already considering buying a replacement panel, trying this first won’t hurt and may save your panel.

I stopped carrying my knife clipped on my pocket after I scraped my steering wheel.

A clean trim panel tool (they come in a set of 5 tools) works pretty good too.

Warm up surface and gently massage. Make sure to clean the tools with alcohol beforehand.
