Dirty cai cone

So i have my car with my roush cold air intake closed box for a while now and finally decided to look under the hood and found a lot of debris.

My question is what are my best options?

new filter cone? Whole new intake ( I’ve herd good about JLT & fenderwell) , or is cleaning it an option to save money ?

the oil still seems to be intact but this car is used and came with the filter so obviously im not sure how many miles total the intake has so my best 2 options are new filter cone or whole new intake

Car is healthy I don’t have any issues but I dont like how filthy it looks in there or maybe that’s just normal since it is doing its job
