Help! Digital dash glass is dirty from inside!

I had seen smudges on the digital dash cluster but had t got around to cleaning it. Today when i tried I realized it was on the inside part of the glass. Idk if its dried up condensation or what?? How can I clean it?

I would ask the dealership to see if you can get that replaced

Have a similar issue with mine. Water spots but mine is a 15' w/o digital dash. no clue how to get rid of it and its been there the past 9 months. Realistically the way to get rid of it is to get the cluster out and I cant make time to get rid of it, i'll send a photo of mine when I get home
