Diff overheating on track

Yup. Vented with ducting on the rear for the cooler itself.

Do these coolers have a fan, or is it just air passing through it?
Is their ducting directing the air to it, so at speed it gets more airflow through it? if so, is the ducting sealed tight up to the cooler forcing the air through it, not around it.

it is passively ducted and was sealed tight.

the dealer found a problem with the cooler (restriction) and ordered a new one. Waiting on that to come in for further tests.

I will assume there isn't any ducting aim airflow at the diff itself? they are high enough in the chassis to not be getting much, a duct forcing air flow at the diff, will also help.
This little trick dropped the temp in my irs on another vehicle by 20* .

UPDATE: I got the car back yesterday. They replaced the pump. I won't be able to test it on track until next season, but hopefully this resolves it.

I know this is an old thread, but I have similar problems with my GT350.

could you test it in the meantime on the race track? is the cooling working again?
