Anyone place a special order from California? Just trying to get a more accurate delivery time.

It varies a lot more than that.

My car was put on a train in Flat Rock a week ago yesterday... and that train just left Columbus, Ohio this morning. On its way to Delaware, where the car then has to get put on a truck and get to Long Island.

I'm hopeful that I can get my car sometime between Christmas and New Year's.

Look at the inventory for dealers in your area and then look up the VIN on COTUS. That should give you an idea of how long it'll take to deliver.

It's still very hard to say. Holiday time of year, weather delays (Snow) now. Different volume of cars being shipped too. Also these trains also carry other cargo, so volume of that cargo and how many deliveries that takes.

Too many factors, but generally about 2-4 weeks to go across country.

One car to my dealership (in south FL) shipped on 10/26 took 12 days and one on 10/24 took 25 days.

It didn't take too long for my car to get to Delaware (approx 9-10 days). But once there, it sat for a few days. Although there were a few on here that saw their cars get held up in DE for quite some time.

From what I have been seeing 7-14 days. Almost similar as other parts of the countries.

My car will be in transit 21 days tomorrow, which is the estimated delivery date. I'm not holding my breath, it's been Arkansas for a week. The point is, there is no saying how long it will take.

Thanks Francisco and everyone else for the update.
My car is suppose to be going down the assembly line next week Wednesday 12/10/14. I am hoping that it will be in transit before the holiday shutdown. With a 2 week transit time I might get it the second week of January. Wishful thinking I know.

I've been wondering the same thing, my car is awaiting shipment with 9 days until the EDD. I doubt it will arrive by then.

MY GT left Flat Rock on 11/21. It arrive in California yesterday 12/2. Now I am waiting for it to be offloaded from the train to the truck and delivered to the dealer.

I have one on its way to the Bay Area right now. COTUS has it in transit on 11/26, but I don't think the train actually left until 11/30. ETA is currently 12/15.
