So at the dealer I went to tonight, I was told since they are the largest mustang volume dealer in my area that I could a) purchase a car they have on order which has a vin and is scheduled for build next week. Car is similar to what I want problem is it has the reverse sensing crap and I know that rear bumper is gonna drive me nuts. Option b) my option of choice was order what I wanted and it would take another 8-10 weeks longer than option a which is fine but that leaves me with delivery in the middle of winter. At a dilemma here to wait or just suck it up and if the car comes in winter it is what it is. It was refreshing to talk to a salesman who specializes in mustangs as my previous visit at another dealer didn't really know anything about the new mustang except that he missed the training class on it...
