Damn a 4.5 pulley
What intake?
Who's tune?
How much timing?
What correction factor or elevation plays a roll in it a bit.
You shut it down early most people pulling to 8k
Also did you log boost on the Dyno was it 15 psi when the pull stopped
Running the Edelbrock Victor ll intake
Lund tuned
21.8 max is where it was at...not the best fuel but it was adding -4.611 thorugh the entire pull

What's your cars full mod list?
Edelbrock Victor ll intake, MAK air intake, ID1050X, Fore stage 2 fuel system, Kooks LTs, no cats full 3" exhaust, lots of drive train and suspension Mods, TR6060 conversion.

Didn’t realize you just down the road a little from me.
About 3 hours away up North
Impressive and congrats!
Thanks!
Looks pretty solid to me! Pull that thing to 8k
Nope, when the new motor gets done and in then yes. This motor has been boosted for 20k of its 25K miles. No OPGs or TS...all stock internals.

Purchased this car new in March of 2015. The mod list started as soon as I drove off the lot. I try to do as much of the work as I can myself but certain things I will take into shops to accomplish.
The older I get the less I do as well.....needless to say it has been in several shops over the years. Took it this time down to KC to the House of Boost to get the new fuel system installed and some dyno time with Jon Jr at Lund Racing.
Lund has always done me good so no surprise with Jr being immediate to respond and do a great job as usual.
The guys at House of Boost knocked it out of the park IMO. Professional the entire time, very respectful, first class facilities and know their shit!
If you are in the Midwest and looking for a good shop I cant recommend them enough - https://www.houseofboost.com/store/
Pic of car on the dyno.

Good info Whatsup62. All of that stuff looks normal.

Most dynojet dynos read relatively the same within a few %, never had a issue with wild swings in numbers

Rear tire size and type can have an effect on numbers some but it's maybe a few %

So dyno % and tires % could very 30/40 HP at that level depending how extreme from car to car

Was curious if they logged boost just based off what I have seen with some cars using a 4.75 generally considered 14-15lbs depending on mods and intake.and RPM.

I say that because generally a 4.5 would be 17-18 range. But if it's not then it's great of you to share that.

Is your lower pulley a 8 inch pulley it should be for a 2015-17

Anyhow thanks again for sharing all your info

How's it translating to the butt dyno?

Crank pulley is 8 inch. Yes boost was logged. My Boost+ gauge was within .3psi of the boost reference on dyno so numbers are accurate.
Here is a short reference
RPM - PSI
6798 - 9.351
6840 - 10.076
6911 - 11.253
7048 - 11.381
7141 - 11.978
7163 - 12.542
7321 - 12.735
7392 - 13.283
7461 - 14.975
7733 -15.604

How's it translating to the butt dyno?
Been raining every since I got it back.

D1X @15 psi on E. 4.5 pulley...was expecting more I guess.

They are being nice and safe... nothing wrong with that.
Know how I know... I just tuned a D-1X car on that very same dyno... (HOB)
And made 801 rwhp with my very first tune, on the safest (lowest timing) setting.

Later then, took the car out on the street to see how much more timing she would take with full load. :)
(Which it did)

1) 21 is a very safe timing number for a car on E
2) Its adding over 4 degrees the entire time. (so thus base table is around 16/17)

But yes, it can make more at that boost level, just depends on how far you wanna push it, and how much you trust the fuel.

If you wanna really bake your noodle for a second... I have one car running 15psi, and 27 degrees. :) Makes 970 wheel. :)
But hes the kinda customer that frankly is looking for an excuse to put a motor in it....but it still hasn't broke yet.

Congrats on the numbers! :)

What do you think each degree of timing is worth it so on a setup like that found from 21 22 23
Etc ballpark

Revving it out to 8k would definitely give you more. SAE correction will lower numbers too.

I've read 15-20whp for each psi or degree.

Sounds possible. Probably closer to 20 on the lower end and less as you go up.

Great numbers either way man. Go out there an enjoy it. What BoV are you using now OP, race red?
Thanks....plan to. Yes red race valve with #444 tube. It was a challenging fit to say the least.

I really like that Tq curve you've got there. Seems like might pair great with Autocross or HPDE and 3.73's.

Right now I'm stuck on stupid for a 3.6 Kenne Bell but I know all I'd ever need is a Procharger D1x, lol.

Kenne bell? That's the last thing I would pick for these cars.

800 on 15lbs is real respectable. Gives me hope I’m close to that minus being auto. HoB you can compare to some of procharger tech’s YouTube videos as that’s where he dynos most cars. Didn’t realize you just down the road a little from me.

And that torque curve:inlove: where’s all the pd clowns about centri’s not making torque?!
Enter PD torque clown #1...
As you can see from the top pic, the Stage 1 Edelbrock, on 93 octane and a 50 state tune is making more torque at 4K than this 15psi/e85 centri at peak
In fact, on a like for like basis (boost and fuel) there’s literally nowhere on the Edelbrock chart that dips below the peak of the centri.
Then again, I don’t think a Gen 2 Whipple makes enough torque on 93 either, so maybe I’m outside the norm?
Nothing wrong with 800whp though, I’d be pretty happy with that
