Procharger D1X

Hi all,

I am in the process of having installed a procharger stage II DIX. It is a second hand kit and has developed a squeal particularly at start up, but it continues on.

The video is not the best example of it, but it is there. Any ideas of what the issue might be? @ProChargerTECH ?

Double check your pulley alignment and the idlers. It's possible one is slightly out. Otherwise, I really didn't hear it. Prochargers whine without the helical cut gears.

from what i hear it sounds normal.

I hear a tiny squeal when it seemed like you pressed on it with the allen, but I chalked that up to it rattling off the tensioner at first. Def check to make sure everything is lined up right. Could be the belt that is just slightly off and squealing.
