i believe that was the boss 302 carIt's the stock pulley. If a paxton 2200 is 1400 cfm and JPC made 1032 rwhp with it, I'd think a d1sc which is also 1400 cfm should be able to break 900's right?
i don't forsee 1000 rwhp on the d1,That's why I'm hoping with E85, GT350 manifold, stage II intercooler, and everything else done to the motor that she'll hit 1000. If I don't it'll be really close I'm sure. I don't plan on overspinning the blower but I might go to 7600 engine rpm which should put me at 62320 blower rpm if I'm only a couple ponies short just to get the hero run in.
I plan on finding out for sure one way or another. I want to see the max power out of a D1. I may upgrade to a F1 head unit later but I worry about the crank with the bigger blower...i don't forsee 1000 rwhp on the d1,
i'd step up to an f1 for that
cool so we can add higher pressure valve springs to that coyote prep thread.
What's the largest head unit that still fits with the stage 2 kit?
on any real dyno , i would not expect to see 1000 wheel on the d1, you need a bigger head unitYeah I just wanted to max the D1SC to see if it could get over the 1000whp threshold. It just can't move enough CFM at max blower speed. I may do F1A-94 next year and pulley it over 20 pounds.
