Claims I am pushing to much airflow with the d1 for pump gas and recommended switching to e85. He said he tuned a d1 with 5" pulley and it saw 15psi @ 7600rpm. No way am I seeing anywhere near that at my elevation though. I'm at 4000ft above sea level and he's at sea level but he still refused saying I'll see too much boost.
No way on this earth is a 5" pulley making 15psi.no fucking way. Find a different tuner. I would advise Rob Shoemaker as the best Procharger tuner on the planet.

I've actually tried Rob but we ran into some issues with my strategy and the tune never ran correctly after like 50 revisions. I'm actually happy with my current tune just not happy that it's impossible to come in contact with my tuner.

Here you go guys, max whp with a D1SC and E85. Made some final revisions to the tune and she made 932/694. Hot day on the dyno so a cooler day might make more power, but I think I've given it all she'll go.

My logs show 11 PSI on the dyno in 5th gear and 13 PSI on the street in 3rd gear using my Lund boost box. 4.88 pulley w/ catless longtubes (THIS WAS WITH THE STOCK MANIFOLD, NOT THE BOSS!).
Careful with the Lund Boost box. I had issues with mine running about 2psi high. I saw about the same psi as you on the 4.75 pulley and it ended up actually being only 10 psi. I went and bought a manual boost gauge to verify its accuracy.

Lund did end up taking the boost gauge back and refunding me even though I had the gauge for 4 months while we were tuning. I now read boost of the eStreet but would eventually like to get it back into my logs...

For the post above about the Boss not lowering boost level. I lost a full pound. Had to adjust for the loss on my wastegate. The boss absolutely causes a pressure loss.

While technically a pressure "loss" the air is just getting in more efficiently with less resistance. Adjusting to get that pound back is probably adding more like 2 lbs worth of airflow.:headbang:

No I wrecked my stock head gaskets on about 15 psi so I had the block rebuilt.
New motor uses the stock block, Manley pistons and rods, water jacket supports, block brace, ARP everything, and all the other supporting stuff. Hope this motor lasts a good while which it should. It's all rated for north of 1200hp crank.
