Anyone know what max whp is on D1SC? I made 730 rwhp on 93 at 13.5 psi. At 20 psi on e85 can I expect to get mid 900's or barely breaking 900 if lucky?

If you can spin the blower fast enough to get 20 PSI I'd be impressed. I've had some...interesting...issues in getting my new motor race ready. But I will hopefully be finding out what the max power one can get out of E85 and a DISC by the end of this week or early next. Max boost I've gotten on the dyno was about 18.5 PSI.

Let me know! I spin to 7800 rpm and have gt350 manifold

D1SC 7800 RPM 3.88 PULLEY 13.5->14 PSI w/gt350 manifold.
I can't remember exactly the stg II pulley diameter, but that would put you around 56,000 blower rpm. spin it a bit faster;)

I also wouldn't get too hung up on boost numbers. These coyotes ( and any 4v) at high rpm consume some serious air which yields lower than expected psi. Spin the balls off it and give it the fuel it will make really solid power.

It's the stock pulley. If a paxton 2200 is 1400 cfm and JPC made 1032 rwhp with it, I'd think a d1sc which is also 1400 cfm should be able to break 900's right?

Theoretically yup. That's the supposed "max". I think Procharger has a 3.4" pulley or something like that would put about 63,000 rpm.

I'm gunning as hard as I can for 1000. I forget the math that got me there at this point but it came out to spinning the blower at 61500 at 7500 engine RPM.

Edit**

Should be 8" crank pulley, 4" blower pulley, 7500 engine RPM, D1SC 4.10:1 step up ratio = 61500 blower RPM.

i made 900 wheel with my d1sc on my 2012. that was on an aluminator. 18psi was all she had in her.

edit: that was 74K blower speed btw

on E85? surprising that kind of blower speed didn't get there.
